Joey Dello Russo of Imperial Leather Works will demonstrate the following:
-Measuring your blade correctly
-Leather thicknesses
-Welt dimensions
-Belt loop location and sizing
-Laying out and drawing your pattern
The class is open to everyone; however, the first 8-10 participants who sign up at the BLADE Show front desk counter will have the opportunity to make a pattern live on site for them that they can take back with them. Since the demo will be on a simple fold over sheath the blades used for the demo will need to be ones that will fit into a slip-in style sheath so no blades with giant guards that need a snap closure.
This sheath will be on display at Dello Russo's table during Blade Show Texas 2022 alongside other leather works of art.
